The ensemble of Kelmes Estate is preserved by state as the object of cultural heritage, valued as the baroque rarity of the province of Lithuania. The brick manor of Kelme Estate ensemble was built in 1780, and the two-storey tower-like gates in 1668. The area of the territory of Kelme Estate homestead along with the park covers 15,2 ha.
